Whilst we strongly encourage you to make as many of the live calls as possible (As we know it can be tricky to catch up on life), if for some reason you can’t - all calls are recorded and uploaded to our private group for playback.

Unfortunately (but fortunately for your future-self).. This isn’t a strict meal plan where you just eat what I say, and learn nothing along the way..
I am all about Nutrition for LIFE. About learning to dive into exactly what works for YOU and your body - and deep diving into why it is you may have struggled to follow fad diets in the past i.e. emotional eating, high stress levels etc. You will however get plenty of food ideas and recipes with many other incredible resources to choose the foods YOU want to eat, on your own terms.
